How to Turn On 2FA for Your Microsoft Account

·     Steps:

 

1.  Open Settings:

·     Click on the Start menu (Windows logo at the bottom left of your screen) and select the gear icon to open Settings.

 

2.  Go to Accounts:

·     In the Settings windows, click on Accounts to manage your Microsoft account details.

 

     

 

3.  Choose Sign-in Options:

·     In the Accounts section, click on Sign-in options to set up login settings like your password and security features.

 

      

 

4.  Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication):

·     Look for the section called Security Settings.

·     Here, you will find an option to enable Two-Factor Authentication or Add security info.

·     Follow the instructions to set up 2FA, like choosing to get codes through a text message or an app.
