Reboot Computer Services offers a wide range of standard and customized support agreements to meet your business needs. Onsite Services in our service area are billed in 30 minute increments with a one-hour minimum per visit. Remote Services are billed in 15 minute increments with a 30 minute minimum per call. Whether your enterprise requires support during standard business hours or after hours/weekend support, Reboot can provide the support you need. We offer, both, on-site and remote support to best meet your budget and your technical requirements. Reboot Computer Services' services are billed by the hour.
Tier 1: $120/hr
These services would include Desktop support, Desktop upgrades, Application installation and upgrades, Help Desk, Virus cleanup, Software updates, Internet issues, Wireless setups, Printers, iPad and iPhone management. This rate also applies to work done outside of normal business hours.
* All work will be completed by an ACSP, A+, Net+, or MCP
Tier 2: $155/hr
This rate applies to Server configuration/troubleshooting, Backup, Podcast Producer, File sharing,troubleshooting/configuration, and tickets that require 24/7 prioritization.
* All work will be completed by an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator 10.6, A+, or MCSA
Tier 3: $185/hr
This tier focuses on Xsan, Final Cut server, Open Directory, Imaging, Management, Cluster Servers and Active Directory Server migrations. This rate also applies to custom work and high priority services.
* All work will be completed by a Apple Certified System Administrator, MCSA, MCSE
