to Solve No Sound Output Problems on Windows

Steps:
1.
Basic
Checks:
·
Restart
your computer.
·
Make
sure speakers or headphones are properly plugged in.
·
Try
unplugging and plugging them back in.
·
Clean
the audio port and test another port if possible.
·
Don’t
use the microphone jack for audio.
·
Remove
extra audio devices and any audio enhancer apps.
2.
Run
the Audio Troubleshooter:
·
Go
to Settings > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters.
·
Click
Run next to the audio troubleshooter.
3.
Check
if Audio Device is Disabled:
·
Go
to Settings > Systems > Sound > More Sound Settings.
·
In
the Playback tab, right-click your device and click
Enable if it’s disable.
4.
Enable
from Device Manger:
·
Open
Device Manger.
·
Expand
Sound, Video and Game Controllers.
·
If
your device has a down arrow, right-click it and choose Enable.
5.
Start
Audio Services:
·
Open
the Service App.
·
Find
Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder.
·
Double-click
and press start if stopped.
6.
Check
BIOS Audio Settings:
·
Restart
your PC into UEFI/BIOS settings.
·
Look
for Onboard Audio and make sure it’s Enabled.
·
If
you added a new sound card, consider disabling onboard audio.
7.
Reinstall
Audio Drivers:
·
Go
to Device Manager.
·
Right-click
your audio device under Sound, Videos and Game Controllers.
·
Select
Uninstall device, then restart your PC.
·
Windows
will reinstall the driver automatically.
8.
Install
Drivers from Manually:
·
Visit
your device or motherboard maker’s website.
·
Download
and install the latest audio driver for your model.
9.
Update
Windows:
·
Go
to Settings > Windows Update.
·
Click
Check for Updates and install any available updates.
