• Steps:
1. Check If iCloud Is Working:
Before changing any settings, make sure Apple’s iCloud service in online.
• Visit Apple’s System Status Page.
• Look for Contacts.
• If it shows problem, wait until Apple fixes it.
2. Use the Same Apple ID on All Device:
Contact will only sync if all your devices use the same Apple ID.
• Check the Apple ID on your iPhone.
• Check the Apple ID on your Mac or iPhone.
• Make sure they match.
• Different Apple IDs = no contact syncing.
3. Make Sure You Have Internet Access:
iCloud needs the internet to sync contacts.
• Connect to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
• Make sure your connection is stable.
• No internet means no syncing.
4. Check Your iCloud Storage Space:
If your iCloud space is full, contacts may stop syncing.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap your name.
• Tap iCloud.
• Check available storage.
5. Turn On iCloud Contacts:
• Open Settings.

• Tap on Your Name.

• Tap iCloud.

• If Contacts is toggled off, toggle it on.

6. Allow Contacts to Use Mobile Data:
If Contacts don’t sync without Wi-Fi, mobile data may be turned off.
• Open Settings.

• Tap Cellular.

• Scroll down to Contacts, turn it On.

7. Sign Out of iCloud on iPhone and Sign Back In:
• Open Settings.

• Tap your name at the Top.

• Scroll down and tap sign Out.

• Enter your Apple ID password when prompted.
• Tap Turn Off.

• Choose whether to keep a copy of your data on your iPhone. (Contacts and other data will come back when you sign in again).

• Tap Sign Out.

• Tap Sign Out again to confirm.

• After you're signed out, you'll be returned to Settings. Tap on Start Using iCloud.

• Tap Start Using iCloud.

• Tap Continue.

• Enter your iPhone Passcode.

• Tap Merge.

8. Now you’re signed back into iCloud. Give it a minute, then check your Contacts app to see if it has synced up.
