Steps:
1.
Open
Setting:

Click
the Start Menu (windows icon) on the bottom left corner of your screen, then
click Settings (the gear icon)

Go
to Display Setting:

the Setting window, click on System in the left sidebar, and then click on
Display.

Open
Advance Display Setting:

Scroll
down to the advanced Display section and click on it.

Enable
Dynamic Refresh Rate:
