Hidden iOS Gestures to Navigate Faster

Works on most modern iPhone models (Face ID & Touch ID)

v This lets you jump between recently used apps without opening the App Switcher.

v Swipe up from the bottom and pause for a second in the middle of the screen.

v All open apps will appear, making multitasking easier.

Step 4: Reach the Top of the Screen Instantly

v Tap the status bar (where time, Wi-Fi, or battery icons appear).

v You’ll instantly jump back to the top of long pages or lists.

Step 5: Select Text Faster

v Double-tap a word to select it, then drag the blue handles.

v For paragraphs, triple-tap to select the entire block.

Step 6: Undo or Redo with Three Fingers

v Swipe left with three fingers to undo

v Swipe right with three fingers to redo

Works in Notes, Messages, and many writing apps.

Step 7: One-Handed Reachability

v Swipe down on the bottom edge of the screen to pull content closer to your thumb.

(Enable it first: Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Reachability)

Step 8: Preview Without Opening

Tap and hold on links, emails, or photos to preview content without fully opening it.
