to Resolve Overheating and Automatic Shutdown Issues

Steps:
1.
Check
for Overheating:
Computer can shut down if they get too hot.
·
Clean
the inside of your PC or Laptop.
·
Make
sure the room is cool and has fresh air.
·
Use
a stable power source.
·
Use
a laptop stand to help fans cool batter.
2.
Turn
Off Fast Startup:
Fast startup can sometimes cause crashes.
·
Press
the Windows key,
type control
panel, and press Enter.
·
In
Control Panel, set View by: large icons.
·
Click
Power Options.
·
Select
Choose what the power buttons do.
·
Click
Change settings that are currently unavailable.
·
Uncheck
Turn on fast startup, then click Save changes.
3.
Update
Your Drivers:
Old or broken drivers can cause shutdown.
·
Press
Win + X
and choose Disk Management.
·
Expand
Display Adapters.
·
Right-click
on your display adaptor and select Properties > Details tabs.
·
From
the dropdown, pick Hardware lds.
·
Copy
the top ID and search it online to find the correct driver from the
manufacturer website.
4.
Scan
for Viruses:
Malware can also cause random shutdown.
·
Press
the Windows key,
type windows
security, and press Enter.
·
Click
Virus & threat protection > Choose Scan options.
·
Select
Full scan > click Scan now.
Note:
This could take many hours, so be patients with it.
