Steps:
1.
Open
Command Prompt:

Press
“windows + R” to open run dialog.
·
Type
‘cmd’ and press ‘Enter’. This will open the Command Prompt window.
2.
Type
the Ping Command:
·
In
the Command Prompt, type (IP address or hostname)
·
For
example, to ping google.com
3.
Press
Enter:
·
Hit
Enter to execute the command.
·
To
Stop pinging Press Control + C (Ctrl + C).
