1.
Reboot

Click
the Apple icon.
·
Choose
Restart.
·
Confirm
by clicking Restart again.
2.
Stop

·
Close
heavy apps: Shut app
like games, browsers, or video editor.
·
Move
to a cooler spot:
Use it on hard surface.
·
Clean
vents: Use a soft
brush or compressed air to remove dust.
3.
Remove
Apps You Don’t Use:

Open
Launchpad (click Dock icon or press F4).
·
Find
the app > Click and hold it until it wiggles.

the X to delete.
