to Disable Startup Programs to Improve Performance in Windows

Steps:
1.
Open
Settings:
·
Click
the Start button (or press the Windows key), then select Settings.
2.
Go
to Apps:
·
In
the Settings menu, click on Apps.
3.
Select
Startup:
·
In
the left menu, click on Startup.
4.
Toggle
Off Unwanted Apps:
·
You
will see a list of apps. Turn off the toggle next to any app you don’t
want to start automatically when your PC start.
Disable Startup Programs Using Task
Manager
1.
Open
Task Manager:

Press
Ctrl + Shift + Esc
on your keyboard at the same time. This will open a window called Task
Manager.
2.
Go
to the Startup:
·
In
the task manager window, you’ll see several tabs in left sidebar.
Click on the Startup.
This shows a list of programs that automatically start when you turn on your
computer.
3.
Right-click
Unnecessary Programs:

Look
through the list for programs that you don’t need to start right away
when your computer boots up. These might be things like updates,
chat apps, or other software you don’t need immediately.
4.
Select
Disable:
·
For
any program you don’t need to start automatically, right-click on
it and choose Disable. This will stop it from starting automatically
when turn on your computer, but you can still open it manually when you
need it.
