Steps:
1.
Open
the Mail app on your iPhone:

Launch
the Mail app on your iPhone screen.
2.
Select
Your iCloud Inbox:

From
the Mailboxes screen, tap on your iCloud Inbox.
3.
Enter
Edit Mode:

In
the top-right corner of the screen, tap the Edit button.
4.
Select
All Emails:
·
Tap
Select All in the top-left corner to select every email in the inbox.
5.
Move
Emails to Trash:

Tap
the Trash icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
6.
Confirm
Deletion:

A
poop-up will appear. Tap Trash All to confirm deleting all emails.
