How to Create and Assign Roles in Cloud Manager via Admin Console

 

·      Example: Mac & windows

·      Steps:

 

1.  Log in to Admin Console:

·      Go to Admin Console and log in with your administrator credentials.

 

2.  Select the Product:

·      From the Overview tab, click on the products you want to manage (e.g., AEM Managed Services).

     

 

3.  Choose the Environment:

·      Under the Products tab, select the environment (e.g., Stagging or Production) where you want to add users to the product profile.

4.  Create a New Profile:

·      Go to the Product profile tab.

·      Click on New Profile to Create a new role profile.

 

     

 

5.  Set Up the Profile:

·      Profile Name: Choose a name for the profile. While you can use any name, its recommended to use the values from the table below to avoid confusion.

·      Display Name: Enter the technical name for the role as defined by Cloud Manager (see table below).

·      Permission Group: If available, you can assign a permission group to the profile.

6.  Save the Profile:

·      Once youve entered the necessary details, click Done to save the new profile.
