Steps:
1.
Log
into Smarter-Mail Account:

Open
your web browser and go to your Smarter-Mail login page.

Enter
your Username & Password, then click login.
2.
Open
the Settings menu:

Once
you’re logged in, find the Settings icon on the homepage
(it’s usually gear symbol).
·
Click
on it, and in the dropdown, select Reports.
3.
Check
Your Disk Space Usage:

In
the Reports section, you will see a summary of your storage usage.
·
It
will show how much disk space in used and how much is still available,
giving you a quick overview of your email Storage.
Note: You can
access SmarterMail from any device using a modern web browser (e.g.,
Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS). For server
installation, SmarterMail requires a Windows Server operating system.
