🛠 Method 1: Disable Startup Apps Using Task Manager


Step 1: Open Task Manager

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc on your keyboard.

  • Or right-click the Taskbar and select Task Manager.


Step 2: Open the Startup tab

  • In Task Manager, click Startup (Windows 10) or Startup apps (Windows 11).
