Steps:
1.
Launch
Remote Desktop Connection from a Different Computer:

a second computer (e.g., PC1) click on the Start menu.

the search bar, type Remote Desktop Connection and press Enter
to open the app.

Enter
the IP Address or Hostname:

the Remote Desktop window, type the IP address or hostname of
PC3 (the remote Windows 11 computer).

Enter
Your Credentials:

When
prompted, type in the password for the user account you've set up
on PC3.
4.
Verify
the Connection:

Click
Connect. If the setup is correct, the connection should be
established successfully, and you'll see the desktop of PC3
on your screen.
