Steps:
1.
Restart
Your Computer:

2.
Check
Your Monitor and Connections:

using an external monitor, try reconnecting or switching cables.
3.
Adjust
Display Output:
·
Press
Windows + Ctrl +
Shift + B to reset the display.
·
If
on a laptop, try closing and reopening the lid.
4.
Unplug

·
Restart

5.
Boot
into Safe Mode:
