to Access User Accounts as an Admin in Smarter-Mail

Steps:
1.
Log
into Smarter-Mail as Admin:
·
Open
your browser and log in to Smarter-Mail using your admin credentials.
2.
Access
User Management:
There will be different step to access Managing User, as
you are login as Smarter-Mail Admin or Domain Admin.
Ø
Smarter-Mail
Admin:
·
From
the dashboard, choose the Domain you want to manage.
·
Then,
click on the Account option in the top menu to access user settings.
Ø
Domain
Admin:
·
In
the top menu, click on More and then select Domain Settings.
3.
Impersonate
the User:
·
Find
the user you want to impersonate in the list and click on their account.
·
Click
the Settings icon (three dots) next to the user’s
name and select Impersonate User from the dropdown menu.
·
You
will not see a label at the top of the page indicating that you are Impersonating
that user.
